Hey! Just wondering for your open mic nite…how long of a slot do you allow each band. what time does it begin/end. Is there a sign up? whats the process for that? Please let me know. I have been to your establishment before and loved it. Didn’t know you did an open mic. Can’t wait to jam there, hopefully this thursday.

Fantastic goods from you, man. I have keep in mind your stuff previous to and you’re just too excellent. I really like what you have acquired here, really like what you are stating and the way in which during which you are saying it. You’re making it enjoyable and you still care for to keep it smart. My brother & I were just riding around last weekend & found this place. We were a bit confused when we pulled in, as it said live music. We went in & had a very nice dinner, but no live music. We found out why later when we walked around & see there is a bar area in the back, closer to the lake. Inside eating was fine, as it was hot & humid, so the a/c was refreshing. The place looks like authentic “Old Florida”, which I always try to find for company. You can go to the chains anytime. I enjoyed a blackened chicken breast with alfredo with garlic toast & salad, which was very good. I can’t remember what the bro ate, but he said it was good & I did keep stealing his fries, which were excellent. Our waitress was attentive & checked on us often.
After our meal, we took a walk around the area & found the live music, which we were kind of glad we ended up without it. This isn’t to say it wasn’t good, we just enjoyed a quiet meal instead, nice that there is a choice. I’m not sure if its the same menu at the bar, since we didn’t go inside. There are tables outside & many families were enjoying their meals alfresco. There are airboat rides available for what I considered a fair fee. There are 2 pens with live gators of different sizes, with Hammy being the largest @ 12 feet. This is a great place to see gators free, as company always has this as a priority under Disney. We spotted a gator in the lake & everyone ran to see it. Funny that you can see them in the pen, but everyone loves to see them in the wild. There is a boat launch, so the parking lot is crowded. Located on Lake Jesup, which is so pretty, but rumor has it, it contains the most gators in the state.

My name is Myranda and my friend and I came to Black Hammock for an airboat ride on Monday September 19. Jamie, our captain was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all our questions and showed us a great time! We will definitely be back in March so we can see more gators! Lunch in the restaurant was terrific and our server (a young girl) was very accommodating. Thanks for the wonderful service!
